  6. Background Check: Consent to a criminal history record check, which includes fingerprinting.

Application Process

Compassion centers handle the application process. Here are the steps:

  2. Pay the Fee: The $200 application fee is required.
  3. Complete the Background Check: Applicants undergo a background check through the North Dakota Central Criminal Database and the FBI.

A drug-related misdemeanor within five years or a felony offense disqualifies you from becoming a Compassion Center Agent.
